Yes, we administer medicine to pets, and the cost depends on the type of medicine and the number of times.

We guarantee the 2 hours, as we send a check in picture time and check out picture. In case that the clients request necessary we do a video call to keep the timing clear. 

We have a team of people we trust completely. Each member of Pawtner Cares is unique, and typically only one handles the service. If, due to personal or work-related reasons, the Pawtner is unable to complete the service, we will contact the client and arrange a meet-and-greet with both Pawtners.

Yes, all our Pawtners have experience, ass our own pets and also taking care of them since 2024.

Absolutely! The soul of PawtnerCares is treating your pet like family. We provide all the love they deserve while sticking strictly to the routines they know and love, so they feel right at home even when you're away.

We strive to minimize the stress of your absence by maintaining your pet’s sense of security. Whether it’s allowing them to roam freely throughout the house or following a specialized care plan provided during check-in, we treat your home and your pet’s routine with the utmost respect.

Our staff doesn't have cars. We have driving license but as Playa del Carmen is easy going we don´t have our own cars.

Our policies are:

1) Meet & greet to get to know each other in person and ensure a good connection with you and your pet.

2) Booking confirmation: 50% deposit.

3) Upon check-in or service start: 100% of the service fee is due.

Payment options:

- Cash

- Bank transfer

- Credit card (with an 8% service surcharge)

Our cancellation policies are as follows:

For cancellations made less than 72 hours in advance, the deposit is non-refundable due to calendar limitations and the need to limit bookings, as our service is one-on-one.

For cancellations made more than 72 hours in advance, the deposit is fully refunded.
